"The biggest complaint I have is that this particular office and the corporate State Farm do not seem to communicate well at all together. I'm having to call both locations to relay messages in reference to my claims. And we've only met Bobby once, that's when we filed a claim with the hurricane this year. (2019) We have had State Farm for the last eight and a half years. The corporate office has process to all of my claims correctly. And have been very helpful in that respect. I really don't understand why I have an individual agent. I get more done with the corporate office. Especially since you pay online now."

"We’re singing our praises for State Farm’s Bobby Underwood! The very night Hurricane Michael was headed to our home, I texted Mr. Bobby & He assured me that we’ll be taken care of w excellence, to hold on that “it’ll all be AOK. Next day, I started sending him pics of the destruction of our home etc etc. Following day, claim adjuster spent hours at our house accessing the damage w excellence just as Bobby promised us. Here’s the kicker...all that time, Bobby Underwood & his family were without power too & barricaded at his home by massive fallen trees & debris. I can’t say enough about our agent, Bobby Underwood. Thank you seems inadequate... Mr. Underwood, we salute you!"
